Return of Tax on Occupancy Form
Please note that we are changing the dates included in the Quarters. They will now be a calendar year quarter but Quarter 1 2026 will include December 2025. The due date is also changing to the 10th of the following month.
These changes are due to the new web based reporting we are going to be transitioning to soon.
If you are paying your Occupancy Tax online you may email the form to treasurer@jeffersoncountyny.gov.
