However, proposals may not be submitted via fax or email, and submissions received after the deadline stated in the respective solicitation will not be eligible for consideration and will be returned to the vendor.

A certificate from the DOL must be included in Public Works bid submissions, and other bid submissions when required by the Department of Labor. Language will be included in the bid documents when required
