You're ABAWD if you are:
- Aged 18 to 64,
- Not living with a child under 14, and
- Able to work

SNAP Work Requirements
If you are receiving SNAP (Food Stamps) and are considered an Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWD), there are specific work rules you need to follow to keep your benefits.
