Permits

The permit forms can be filled out online and submitted by uploading the saved document in the file below and it will automatically be received by the Highway Department. Or it can be printed and mailed to our office at 21897 County Road 190 Watertown, NY 13601. If you have not heard from us within five business days from the date we receive it, please contact our office at (315) 786-3600 to follow up on your request.
