Traffic Sign Order Request

The Highway Department accepts requests for traffic signs on County Roads. This form below is only for Municipal use.

The form can be filled out online and submitted by uploading the saved document in the file below. Once the form is submitted below, it will automatically be received by the Highway Department. If you have not heard from us within five business days from the date we receive it, please contact our office at (315) 786-3600 to follow up on your request.
